When To Apply Seanure Soilbuilder
When
To Apply Seanure Soilbuilder
Often planting projects take place in poor soil that may have been stockpiled
and become compacted or lost structure and vitality. Getting back a healthy
ecosystem that contains all the necessary bacteria and fungi to support
your new plants is essential and needs to be done as fast and effectively
as possible. This is even more important where planting is undertaken
in subsoils.
- To rejuvenate tired and poor soil
- We recommend that the whole area is treated with Seanure Soilbuilder
at the rate of 70 grams/m˛ worked into the top 50mm of soil
- Where deeper treatment up to 150mm is considered necessary the
rate should be increased on a pro-rata basis
- For pit planting
- Seanure Soilbuilder is mixed with the backfill material (or with
compost if specified) at a rate of 1.5kg per m2 of backfill
- So, for a 60 x 60 x 60cm deep pit the amount required is 325 grams
/ pit, added to the backfill
